A big milestone this month on-site, with the crane dismantled!

The progression from the lower levels has been fast-paced; we are now seeing the internal framing and GIB about to begin on the penthouse level; it won't be long before we see the painters on-site!

Levels 1-4 now have their windows installed, and first-fix services for Levels 1-3 are all completed. This includes the likes of plumbing and electrical works. Level 4 first-fix services are now in progress. Very exciting to know the kitchens have all been ordered and looking good.

Externally, structural roofing work has commenced, and all external framing has been completed on level 5. If you are driving past, you might spot the stunning bronze feature cladding on the pillars. The window joinery and glazing is anticipated to take place later this month on the penthouse level.

All four car stackers are now on-site and being installed. We look forward to being able to demonstrate this high-tech system.
